Printing Problems
Updating the Firmware and Printer
Driver
Epson will occasionally update the viewer firmware. You can
download the latest firmware for the viewer from Epson’s
. Instructions for updating the firmware are
provided online.
Uninstalling Software
If you need to uninstall the Epson Link2 software, follow
the procedure below for Windows or on page 79 for
Macintosh.

Note:
For Windows Vista, when you see the User Account
Control screen, click Allow.

You cannot print.
Cause
What to do
The printer is not supported. Make sure your printer is
The printer’s power is off.
Turn on the printer.
The USB cable is not
connected correctly.

the cable.
You cannot print a JPEG
image.
Make sure the JPEG image does
not exceed 4600 pixels in either the
vertical or horizontal direction.
