Determining the Required Gain
Identify the unobstructed distance between RadioLinx antennas from the
table.
Find the row that corresponds to the distance between the antennas.
Find the Link Gain in the appropriate row. The Net dB is based upon an
antenna installed at a 16 foot (5 meters) height.
For example, if the unobstructed distance between RadioLinx devices is 5
miles (8 km), the Net dB required is 19 dB.
