4.2 System
Use the System menu items to display and configure basic administrative details of the PoE Web Smart Switch. Under the
System, the following topics are provided to configure and view the system information: This section has the following items:
■ System Information The switch system information is provided here.
■ IP Configurations Configure the switch-managed IP information on this page.
■ Password Setting Configure new user name and password on this page.
■ Factory Default Restore the default configuration on the switch.
■ Firmware Update Upgrade the firmware on this page.
■ Reboot Restart the switch.
■ NTP Setting Configure NTP on this page.
4.2.1 System Information
The System Info page provides information for the current device information. System Info page helps a switch administrator to
identify the hardware MAC address, software version and system uptime. The screens in Figure 4-2-1 appear.

The page includes the following fields:
Object Description
 Comment Describes the PoE Web Smart Switch. Up to 15 characters is allowed for the
Device Description.
 System Description Display the current Switch title.
 MAC Address The MAC Address of this PoE Web Smart Switch.
