Deleting Originals after Printing from a FAX Box
To automatically delete the originals printed form the FAX Box, use the following operation.

Select [FAX Box] on the Home screen.

Selecting the Originals.
1 Select the box containing the document you want to print > [Open]
2 Select the document you want to print.
3 Select [Print].

Configure the function.
Select [On].

Print.
Select [Start Print].
The original is deleted after printing.
Deleting Originals from a FAX Box
Use the procedure below to delete an original that you have forwarded to a FAX Box.

Select [FAX Box] on the Home screen.

1 Select the box containing the document you want to delete > [Open]
2 Select the document you want to delete > [Delete] > [Yes]
The original is deleted.
