(1) Copy management
The total number of copies made by each department can be managed using
4-digit codes for up to 500 departments.
Limits for the number of copies can be changed on a department -by-department
basis.

● Registering new ID-
codes
Assigns a 4-digit ID-code and a maximum number of copies to the departments in your
organization. Up to 500 departments can be assigned. Limits are set in units of 1,000
sheets, up to a maximum of 999,000.
Entering "0" enables unlimited copying.
When a department reaches its limit, the copier will not make any more copies.

● Deleting ID-codes Deletes registered ID-codes. 51
● Altering limits
Alters limits for the copies of respective departments without deleting or re-registering the
ID-codes.

● Clearing copy counts
Clears all the copy counts for the various departments after a suitable period of time.
Copy counts cannot be cleared individually, however.

● Viewing copy counts
Displays the number of copies. The total number of copies can be displays, as well as by
paper size and ID-code.

Prints out the number of copies made by ID-code. 54
● Turning copy
management ON/OFF Turn copy management ON when required (to apply the settings made).
Turn it OFF when not required.
