If there is bias pressure during the door fan test, it will be applied to both the pressurization and
depressurization sets and the values may appear skewed if you do not realize that the bias is
applied during the calculation of results:
If the entered bias pressure or any of the other values is changed, be sure to press “Calculate” to
re-calculate the Results:
3.4.3 Enter leakage results already calculated from a previous Door Fan test
Choose “Enter leakage results from a previous Door Fan test” as the selection under “Total Enclosure
Leakage”:
And the data entry section will change to look like:
Enter the leakage area and the n value that was calculated in the previous Door Fan test.
Set n as 0.5 if you do not know what the previous test n value was.
3.4.4 Leakage area used directly as entered
Press “Calculate” to take the directly entered leakage area value from the data entry area, and
put it into the results section.
