Getting Started with Installation
You need to have administrator’s rights on the machine to install ACMS.
1.2 Prerequisites to Install ACMS
The prerequisites to install ACMS are:
• Data for configuration should be available in RMAC database.
• Change the database script for insertion in queue_config and component_element according to
AMAC and RMAC component configuration.
• Logged in user should have access rights to create and edit the queues.
1.3 Installing ACMS Client
To install ACMS, perform the following actions:
1. Log on as an administrator and double-click the ACMS Client InstallShield Wizard as highlighted in
the following figure. This initiates the installation process.

The language selection dialog box appears. You need to select the language in which you want to install
ACMS.
