Settings menu
This menu allows you to control the Status Monitor’s background
monitoring feature as well as add and delete printers from the
Installed Printers list.
R Monitoring
Preferences
Opens the Monitoring Preferences
dialog box, where you can adjust the
monitoring interval and make
background monitoring settings for
the selected printer. For more
information, see “Turning on
background monitoring” on page 6-13.
R Add Printer/
Delete Printer
Allows you to select which printers
you want to monitor by adding or
deleting printers in the Installed
Printers list.
