Assembly instructions

Only insert the rechargeable battery
once the equipment is fully assembled.

There is a danger of injury!

Putting the equipment together:

C

Insert the upper blower tube (2) into the lower

blower tube until you hear it latch in.

D

Slide the upper blower tube (2) onto the con-

necting piece (10) on the motor housing (4) until

it locks. The locking button (3) must be pressed

in to slide on the upper blower tube (2). You will

clearly hear the upper blower tube (2) latch into

the locking button (3).

Operation

Observe noise control and local
ordinances.

Switching on and off

Ensure a solid stance and hold the
equipment firmly, with distance to

your body. Before switching on the

equipment, ensure it does not come

into contact with objects.

G

1. Verify the rechargeable battery (9) is insert-

ed (see “Charging-removing / inserting the

battery”).

2.

To switch on, slide the on/off switch (5)
forward to position “1” or “2”. Slide the On /

Off switch (5) forward to position “1” so the

equipment can operate at a lower speed. Or

to position “2” to operate the equipment at a

higher speed.

3.

Slide the On/Off switch (5) back to switch off.

Using the equipment

Only use the equipment with the
blower tube attached!

.

Keeping a distance of 5-10 cm from the
ground will provide optimal results when

using the blower.

.

Direct the air stream away from you. Be
careful not to raise heavy objects, resulting in

injuries to others or damage to objects.

.

Before blowing, loosen leaves stuck to the
ground with a broom or rake.

.

In very dry conditions, lightly moisten the
ground to reduce dust exposure.

Checking the battery charge

The charge indicator (7) shows the condition of

the rechargeable battery (9) when starting the

equipment.

Charge the battery when the last LED in
the charge indicator (7) changes from

green to yellow/red.

Cleaning and storage

Have repairs and maintenance not
described in these instructions performed

by our service centre. Only use OEM parts.

Switch off the equipment and remove
the rechargeable battery from the equip-

ment before working on the equipment.

Regularly perform the following cleaning and

maintenance work. This will ensure a long, relia-

ble life.

Cleaning

Never spray down the equipment
or immerse in water. This poses

a risk of electric shock.

Keep ventilation slots, motor housing and

handles on the equipment clean.

Do so using a damp cloth or a brush.
