. Do not direct the equipment
at persons, particularly do
not direct the air stream at
eyes and ears.
. Familiarise yourself with your
surroundings and be mindful
of potential hazards you may
not hear whilst working.
. Ensure a solid stance whilst
working, particularly on
slopes.
. Maintain a walking speed, do
not run.
. Carefully inspect the area to
be cleaned and remove any
wires, rocks, tins and other
foreign objects.
. Keep fingers and feet away
from the e opening and the
impeller. There is a risk of
injury.
. Only use the equipment fully
assembled.
. Only use spare parts and
accessories supplied and
recommended by our Service
Centre.
. Switch off the equipment:
- when not using, transporting,
or leaving the equipment
unsupervised;
- when cleaning or perform-
ing maintenance, or chang-
ing accessories;
- in the event of contact with
foreign objects or abnormal
vibration.
. Keep all air intakes free of
debris.
Remaining risks
Even when using the power tool
properly, remaining risks may
exist. The following hazards may
occur based on the construction
of the equipment:
- lung damage when not wear-
ing a suitable protective mask.
- hearing damage when not
wearing suitable ear protection.
- mage to health due to hand-
arm vibration when using the
equipment for extended peri-
ods, and not properly operat-
ed and maintained.
