Preset TV Parental guidelines
If you choose to apply the system of TV
parental guidelines, you can select one
common restriction level for all categories or
preset the restriction level for the individual
categories.

When e.g. TV is switched on…
> Press MENU to call up the main TV SETUP
menu.
> Press 4 to call up the PARENTAL CONTROL
menu.
> Call up the TV PARENTAL GUIDELINES menu by
pressing GO.
> Use the number buttons on Beo4 to enter the
access code. If you have not yet preset your own
code, enter the default code (0000).
> Press
ss tt
to adjust the setting OVERALL. This
automatically adjusts the different categories to
one common restriction setting. Options are:
TV-Y, TV-Y7, TV-G, TV-PG, TV-14, TV-MA,
and N/A.
If OVERALL is set to OFF…
> …press
▲ ▼
to move to the different
categories.
> Press 6 to be able to adjust settings for a single
category.
> Press
ss
or
tt
to adjust the settings. An
exclamation point (!) appears in the
TV PARENTAL GUIDELINES menu next to settings
that have been adjusted in this manner.
> Press GO to store the new settings. Common
restriction settings can be restored at any time
by entering a setting for the OVERALL category.
This also removes the exclamation point marking
from adjusted settings.
> Press EXIT or a source button, e.g. TV or SAT,
to exit on-screen menus.
