OPERATING THE DISPLAY CONSOLE
Feedback Displays (F): Display indicated workout information on the dedicated display above the
button.
• [Time/Intvl]—Shows time remaining (Time) in the total program or time remaining in the current
program segment (Intvl).
• [HR/Dist]—Displays current Heart Rate (HR) or Distance (Dist) traveled.
Note: The heart rate function of the g•force UT is intended only for use as an exercise aide. Various factors
can affect the accuracy of your heart rate reading. The heart rate function of the g•force UT should not be
considered or used as a medical device.
• [RPM/Level]—Shows current Revolutions per Minute (RPM) or Level (Level).
• [Watts/kCal]—Shows Current Watt Output (Watts) or Calories Expended (kCal) in the current workout.
Note: Watt output is a measurement of workload and is affected by resistance and pedal speed. The
higher the Watt output the harder the workout. Watt information can be used over time to evaluate your
fitness progress.
• Wrong Battery Message: Your g•force UT will only operate using rechargeable NiMH batteries. If al-
kaline AA batteries are installed by mistake, the power button will not function and a “wrong battery”
message will be displayed if the bike is pedaled.
Note: The use of alkaline batteries will void the warranty, damage the electronics and is a potential fire
hazard.
