Receive Message Function
*The CH-NO 1~4 are for message transmission between PCLINKs, and 5 is for reception from the MEMOBUS
port.

The messages are received from the counterpart station on the line designated in the transmission device
type. Multiple protocol types are supported.
Hold the execution command (EXECUTE) until COMPLETE or ERROR go "ON".
