Drive Fault Notification
If a fault is detected in the drive, SI-T3 stores the alarm or warning code in the
MECHATROLINK-II ALARM command and simultaneously turns ON the relevant bit in the STATUS field.
The following tables show the alarm codes for SI-T3 notification if a fault is detected in the drive.
