Checking the Internal AC Power Supply
• Check the connections to ensure that they are securely in place.
• If power is supplied internally from the grid feed line, check that the jumper required is correctly
positioned in accordance with the circuit diagram.
• If a separate external power supply from the power grid is used, check that the connection line
is securely in place.
– Remove the jumpers where applicable.
• Check that the connection is correct in accordance with the circuit diagram.
• Check that contact protection is guaranteed.
Checking the DC Cabling
• Check that the connection is securely in place.
• Check the polarity of the DC cables.
• Check that the connection is correct in accordance with the circuit diagram.
• Check the correct installation of the covers. Correct installation means that contact protection is
guaranteed.
Checking the Team Cabling (optional)
• Check that the connection is securely in place.
• Check that the connection is correct in accordance with the circuit diagram.
• Check the correct installation of the covers. Correct installation means that contact protection is
guaranteed.
7.1.1 Checking the Connection of the Serial Interfaces
Checking the external communication and the string current monitoring.
• Check the cabling of the connection of the data lines to the Sunny String-Monitor HUB.
• Check the connection of the NET interface.
• Check that the connection is correct in accordance with the circuit diagram.
7.1.2 Checking the Emergency Shut-Off Cabling
• Check that the connection is securely in place.
• Check that the connection is correct in accordance with the circuit diagram.
• Check that the emergency shut-off circuit is only supplied with power by one Sunny Central.
• Check that contact protection is guaranteed.
