Keyboard problems
Keyboard problems
The keyboard is detected during BIOS startup. The USB keyboard is detected with
plug-and-play.
Mouse problems
The mouse is detected during BIOS startup. The USB mouse is detected with
plug-and-play.
Problem
Possible Causes
Corrective Actions
The T2 does not respond
correctly when one or
more of the keys on the
keyboard are pressed.
• The keyboard is faulty.
• The motherboard level
problem.
1. When you connect a keyboard via a USB port,
try another USB port.
2. If the problem persists, proceed with the next
step.
When you use a PS/2 keyboard, try a USB
keyboard. When you use a USB keyboard, try a
PS/2 keyboard.
3. If the problem persists, the motherboard is
faulty. Contact Grass Valley Support.
The T2 system settings
have been tampered with.
Restore default settings using the Recovery
Software DVD. Refer to
