2. Uncheck Allow inheritable permissions from parent to propogate to this
object .
A Security message appears:
3. Select Copy .
4. Remove the current permissions.
5. Select the Everyone group and click Remove .
6. Add each of the groups you created for your newsroom (if you are using the
typical security schema, add the groups Archivists, Editors, Ingestors,
Producers, and Viewers).
7. Set permissions for each group according to the chart on page 90.
8. Click OK .
