Using Manual Playback
To manually play clips to air, you need to load a playlist (or create a new one),
cue the clips, and play them to air. You can also modify the start of clips if you
need to.
Loading a Playlist
You can either use an existing playlist or create a new one for playout. An
existing playlist could be from a previous news broadcast or one that you
created earlier for a specific broadcast.
If you need to create a new playlist, see “Creating a Playlist” on page 40 for
instructions.
You may want to open the playlist prior to the broadcast to make any last
minute changes.
To load a playlist:
1. Click the Load button in the Playback Channel window.
The Load Playlist window opens:
2. Select the name of the playlist you want and click Load .
The playlist loads into the Playback Channel window.
You can now play or review the playlist.
