Using An External Automation System
When you use NewsQ with an external automation system, such as NewsQ Pro,
NewsQ becomes a server for playing clips to air. You control playout of the
clips from the automation system.
Configuring NewsQ for Automation
Before you can use an external automation system, you need to configure
NewsQ to use automation.
To set up NewsQ to use automation:
1. Choose Channels | Open Playback Channel . (If you are using two
channels, you can select to open Channel 1 or Channel 2).
The Playback Channel opens:

The Playback Settings window opens.
