Installing the 1000BaseT
Network Adapter
Use this procedure to install the 1000BaseT network adapter upgrade to the M-Series
iVDR.
Procedure summary:
• “Power-off the iVDR and remove the power cord”
• “Remove the top cover”
• “Install network adapter board in PCI slot 6”
• “Replace the top cover”
• “Connect cabling and apply label”
• “Power-on and test the hardware”
• “Configure site specific network settings”
Tools needed:
• Torx tool with T15 tip
