Type the alarm name and alarm code, select the alarm level, type the alarm description, alarm cause,

remediation suggestion, and maintenance experience, and click OK.

Setting alarm notification

To notify administrators of the network alarm status in time, iMC BIMS offers the following alarm

notification methods: mail notification and message notification.

Setting the mail server

This function helps you configure the mail server. Before setting mail notification, set the mail server.
Click the System tab, and then click the Mail Server Settings link to enter the Mail Server Settings page.
