Using arrow keys to recall commands in the history buffer is a good practice when you use the hyper
terminal and Telnet applications on Windows 200X and XP. However, the up arrow and down arrow
keys are used for other purposes in the hyper terminal application of Windows 9X. In this case, you can
use Ctrl+P and Ctrl+N instead.
