3. Insert band through the metal D-ring, then through the

middle slot of the buckle.

4. Weave band through the inside slot of the buckle.

5. Insert band through the outer slot of the buckle.

NOTE:

This final threading step is done when the BC is secured by the cylinder buckle halfway

to prevent the webbing from slipping and the free end of the cylinder band is thread through the

open slot in the end of the buckle.
