9. Re-connect the negative battery cable!

5. With the gasket (#4) on top of the Poweraid
Spacer (#1), lift the throttle body up, and slide the
spacer between the manifold, and the throttle body.
Install four 8mm bolts (#2) and washers (#3) thru
the throttle body, gasket, spacer, and into the mani-
fold. 6. Reseat the throttle body and spacer onto the
manifold, and tighten the four bolts evenly to the
manufacture’s specifications. Do Not Over Tighten
The Bolts.
7. Reinstall the intake tube and air cleaner lid. Re-
connect the mass air sensor wiring harness, and
reinstall the harness holder into the air cleaner lid.
Double check your work. Make sure all clamps,
bolts, and connectors are tight.
8. Inspect & test the throttle linkage for full open
and closed travel before driving.

Included with your Poweraid Spacer is a sticker with a California Air Resources Board
(C.A.R.B.) Executive Order (EO) number. This sticker must be placed in plain view inside of
the engine compartment. Failure to do so may prevent you from passing a smog inspection.
