X.21 - To convert the X.21 interface from the DB-25 to a
DB-15 connector, use part number 9-1001-098-xxx. Pinouts
for the DB-25 to DB-15 adapter are shown in Table 2-U.
E1 DTE Port - The PRISM 3021 provides an optional E1
DTE port interface for E1-DTE applications. The E1 DTE
connector (This connector is labeled T1 DTE on the rear
panel of the 1051 chassis. The 1051 chassis can be used for
DDS, E1, and T1 circuits.) pinout is shown in Table 2-V.
The PRISM 3021 has four styles of E1-DTE connectors: an
RJ-48, a DB-15, a 75-ohm BNC, and a 120-ohm twinax. The
pinout for the RJ-48S connectors are given in Table 2-X.
NMS Port
The PRISM 3021 is fully compatible with the TxPORT
8100A Site Controller.
NMS ports provide access to the 8100A Site Controller. The
unit accesses the built-in 1051 chassis bus.
An element may be accessed by using an RS-232 connec-
tion from the serial port of the computer running the 8100A
program to the element’s SUPV port or the (A) NMS IN
