Appendix G (Aperture Selection)


The D4000 Auto Optic has four different aperture (light)
sizes that can be used for inspecting bar codes. It is
very important that the aperture selected matches the
aperture of the bar code scanner that will be used in the
supply chain. The aperture is selected by the user from
the Setup menu. Below are the aperture sizes for
various sizes of bar codes (based on X dimension):
