Programming with the HB Service Tool
Cooling Setback
Using the Adjust keys, adjust up or down for the desired Night Setback
for Cooling and then press the ENTER key.
Heating Setback
Using the Adjust keys, adjust up or down for the desired Night Setback
for Heating and then press the ENTER key.
HVAC Mode Deadband
Using the Adjust keys, adjust up or down for the desired HVAC Mode
activation point above the Cooling Setpoint and below the Heating
Setpoint and then press the ENTER key.
Fan Cycle Confi g
Using the Adjust keys, toggle for “YES” if the Supply Fan should only
run during a call or Heating or Cooling and then press the ENTER
key.
Override Time
Using the Adjust keys, adjust up or down for the desired Override Dura-
tion when using the push-button on the Space Temperature Sensor and
then press the ENTER key.
Slide Adjust
Using the Adjust keys, adjust up or down for the desired Heating and
Cooling Setpoints Adjustment when using the slide adjustment on the
Space Temperature Sensor and then press the ENTER key.
Global Schedule Index
Using the Adjust keys, adjust up or down for the proper Global Schedule
Index and then press the ENTER key. Use the index number of 18 when
using the one of the Global Scheduling Devices. When using the VCM
or VAV/CAV Controller, use the number 66.
Global Schedule Number
Using the Adjust keys, adjust up or down for the desired Global Schedule
Number and then press the ENTER key. Use 0 if you want to use the
HB Processor’s Internal Schedule, and enter 1 through 5 if you want
to use one of the schedules on an external Global Scheduling Device.
Use the number 1 if you want to use the VCM or VAV/CAV Controller
schedule.
Space Sensor Calibration
Using the Adjust keys, adjust up or down for the desired Space Tempera-
ture Sensor Calibration Offset and press the ENTER key.
HB Processor Week Schedule Module Screens
Access the HB Processor Week Schedule Module Screens by navigating
to the Week Schedule Module screen and then pressing the ENTER key.
The following screen will appear:
Day of Week
Using the Select keys, toggle for the desired day to enter the occupied
schedule and then press the ENTER key.
Start Time
Press the left arrow key once for the hours and the right arrow key once
for the minutes. Using the Adjust keys, adjust up or down to enter the
correct Start Time for Event #1 and then press the ENTER key.
