Wireless N

Wireless N uses the draft 802.11n specifications and delivers real world performance

many times faster than an 802.11g wireless connection. Users can connect a Wireless

N router to a cable or DSL modem to create a secure wireless network to share

photos, files, music, video, printers, and network storage throughout a home or office.

With a built-in intelligent QoS Engine, Wireless N routers provides a better Internet

experience by keeping digital phone calls (VoIP), streaming multimedia applications

and online gaming smooth and responsive.

Range

» Wireless operation range many times

farther than the current 802.11g devices

» Signal reception/transmission at greater

distances.

● Compatible with 802.11b/g and

802.11a/b/g

» Single-band 802.11n draft devices

operate in superior speed and range

in 2.4GHz frequency band and are

backward compatible with 802.11a/b/g

devices.

» Dual-band 802.11n draft devices

operate in superior speed and range

in both 2.4GHz and 5GHz frequency

ranges while are also backward

compatible with existing 802.11a/b/g

devices.

» Preservation of past investments in

earlier standard wireless hardware and

applications.

● Automatic Channel Selection

» The device senses the least used

or non-occupied channels within the

frequency band and automatically

makes them available for wireless

clients’ connection.

● User limit Control

» Administrators can set limit to the

number of simultaneous wireless
