USb Power Select Jumper: USbPWR_Sel
In S3, S4, S5 suspend modes, this jumper is used to control the USB power output of the
keyboard and two USB connectors(silkscreened by PS2KB_USB) in the back panel.
1. Set the jumper to pins 1-2, depends on BIOS setting, when "Green System Mode" is set to
"Green System", no +5V is output; when set to "Normal System", +5V is output.
2. Set the jumper to pins 2-3, always +5V is output.
