2. Depress the two Lead position
keys (L’s) and the
two tab placement keys (arrows), holding all four
down until the light flashes stabilize.
3. Release and wait until lights go out.
4. Resume set up by selecting positions appropriate
for the job being run.
NOTE: When changing from a piece to one
of another dimension, go through the set
up process to avoid misplaced tabs.
10. SERVICE
If any problems occur with this equipment or if you
need assistance installing or operating your FD 280
contact an authorized Formax dealer.
10.1 Repacking
Instructions
If it is necessary to ship your FD 280 to your
authorized Formax dealer for service, pack it in the
original shipping container and packaging material. If
the original container is not available, the FD 280
should be carefully packed so that it will not be
damaged in transit.
When calling for service, have your FD 280
’s serial
number handy.
NOTE
If the FD 280 is packed correctly, your
Shipping Carrier is liable for any damages
that occur during shipping.
