7.2.7 Retrieve Message List
Retrieve Message List recalls the
list of messages stored at a sign and
allows these messages to be run,
stopped, removed or set as default.
The command, similar to Get Status
(refer to Section 7.2.1), affects only
the selected sign.
Click on [
RETRIEVE LIST ] or press
< ALT >< R > to retrieve the messages
stored at the selected sign. The
messages appear in the Messages
Stored At Sign: box. Any messages
that are currently running will list an
“R” before their names and appear
at the top of the list. Highlighting a
message and clicking on a command
button initiates the command:
• = Run: Runs the selected message.
• = Remove: Removes the message from the sign’s memory and the Messages Stored
At Sign: list.
• = Stop: Stops the selected message from running on the sign.
• = Set Default: Sets the selected message as the default message on the sign. The
default message is the message that appears when the sign is reset or powered up.
A sign has only ONE default message.
• = Clear Default: Clears the default message for the sign.
7.2.8 Blank Sign
Blank Sign stops all messages running on a selected sign(s) and/or group(s) of signs.
