To use more than one font height:
1. Enter the text on the sign using the default font (Normal 7).
2. Highlight the text that requires a font change, and then click on the down
arrow next to the Normal 7 font listing.
3. Select the desired font. The text line will automatically adjust for the font
height.
Caution: Selecting large fonts
for a line of text can “bump”
following lines off the sign. Text
on these “bumped” lines will
automatically be removed from the
frame.
5.7.2 Entry Effects
To set an effect (scroll left, scroll right, etc.) for a line, place the cursor on the desired
line and choose an effect. Effects can be set for all “selected” lines. The entry effects
are selected by clicking on the abbreviated button at the top of the grid or from the
line-by-line effect keys at the right of the grid.

Note: If a message consists of multiple frames, entry effects must be selected for
each frame. If < ENTER > is pressed at the end of a line, the next line will have the same
effect as the previous line.
5.7.3 Effect Rate
The speed at which each the rate for each frame runs is controlled
through the Effect Rate box.
Place the cursor anywhere in the desired frame and click on the down
arrow next to the Effect Rate box. Highlight the desired rate for
each effect of the frame.
