7.2.2 Send Message
Send Message
sends a highlighted
message to the
selected sign(s)
and/or group(s) of
signs. The message
must be activated to
run separately.

7.2.3 Run Message
Run Message activates a message to run on the selected sign(s) and/or group(s) of
signs. If the message has not been sent to a sign that is selected, it will automatically be
downloaded. The Run Message screen is similar to that in Section 7.2.2.
7.2.4 Stop Message
Stop Message will stop running the selected message(s) on the indicated sign(s) and/or
group(s) of signs. The screen is similar to that in Section 7.2.2. The message will
remain in the memory of the sign(s).
7.2.5 Set Default Message
Set Default Message allows the user to identify a particular message as the default
message on selected sign(s) and/or group(s) of signs. The default message is the
message that appears when the sign is reset or at power up after extended power loss
where the battery backup has been depleted, or the operator clears sign memory. A
sign has only ONE (1) default message. The screen is similar to that in Section 7.2.2.

Note: If the selected default message does not exist in the sign’s memory, it will be
automatically sent to the sign by the software (refer to Section 7.2.2).
7.2.6 Remove Message
Remove Message removes a selected message from the memory of selected sign(s)
and/or group(s) of signs. The screen is similar to that in Section 7.2.2.
