Ordering Parts

To order parts online go to

Servicing of Double-Insulated Products

In a double-insulated product, two systems of insulation are provided instead of grounding. No

grounding means is provided on a double-insulated product, nor should a means for grounding be

added to the product.
Servicing a double-insulated product requires extreme care and knowledge of the system, and should

be done only by qualified service personnel. Replacement parts for a double-insulated product must

be identical to the parts they replace. A double-insulated product is marked with the words

“DOUBLE INSULATION” or “DOUBLE INSULATED.” The symbol (square within a square) may also

be marked on the product.

Return Material Authorization (RMA)

The Return Material Authorization (RMA) system is used when returning material for placement,

repair or credit. The system assures that returned materials are properly handled and analyzed.

Follow the following procedures carefully.
Contact your authorized Cybex dealer on all warranty-related matters. Your local Cybex dealer will

request a RMA from Cybex, if applicable. Under no circumstances will defective parts or equipment

be accepted by Cybex without proper RMA and an Automated Return Service (ARS) label.
Call the Customer Service Hot Line 888-462-9239 for the return of any item that is defective.
