XXX = OK or FLT. Uplink fault on Unit B.
XXX = OK or FLT. Uplink switch ambiguity.

This command returns a block of data reflecting the current and
logged faults in the switch. Logged faults will be reset when
receiving this command, while current faults can be read on the
second request.
