Unit returns the current fault and status codes for the switch
itself, where each location in the string is either 0 for no
fault or 1 for faulted, and the positions are:

4/5 = +5v PSU-B under/over
6/7 = +12v PSU-A under/over
8/9 = +12v PSU-B under/over
10/11 = -12v PSU-A under/over
