Support
The CMR-5930 provides state-of-the-art ASI-to-ASI conditioning and filtering based on
the ISO/IEC 13818-1 and DVB MPE Specification for Data Broadcasting (EN 301 192).
The CMR-5930 provides the following configuration features:
•
ASI Input:
o
Automatic 188/204-byte mode format detection
o
Input rates up to 213 Mbps supported
•
ASI Output:
o
Configurable 188/204-byte mode egress format
o
Configurable Egress rate
1.4 Configuration
The CMR-5930 receives an MPEG-2 Asynchronous Serial Interface (ASI) input and
outputs an MPEG-2 ASI stream that has been filtered, Program Clock Reference (PCR)
restamped, and the egress rate is adjusted to the user’s desired configured rate.
A typical CMR-5930 application is shown in Figure 1-2.
