Troubleshooting
Paper Problems
The straight paper path of this printer is designed for trouble-free handling of a great variety of documents.
Paper Jam
In case a paper jam condition occurs, proceed as follows:
1.
Open the printer cover. And rise the upper mechanical frame as explained in the chapter: Installing
the Ribbon Cartridge, page 5.
2.
Remove the jammed paper, pulling it towards the
front of the printer.
3.
To have an even better access to the paper path,
unlock and rotate down the Operator Panel Group
