Field Installing the Short Feed

Remove Standard Feed Nip Assembly

1. Remove stacker, unplug and set aside. Remove back cover. You will need access to the nip roller drive gears
and feed drive gears.

2. Remove old nip assembly by first loosening set screw on old nip drive gear and removing. Loosen mount
screws and pull old nip assembly out from front of machine.
