Installing License
1. Change the directory to Common
$ cd Common
2. Run the following command to generate the finger print key.
$ ./licenseInstaller -o genfp
The above command prompts you to provide Product Name and Customer Domain Key. If
you do not have Product Name and Customer Domain Key, contact sales representative.
This command also generates a link where user need to upload the generated finger print
key.
3. Open the link in a browser and upload the fp.key to License Server and generate a license
key (Activation Record).
4. Copy the activation record to the location where the script is placed.
5. Install the license using the following command:
$./licenseInstaller -o install
6. To start, go back to the directory RunSSFOnLinuxPC_
the below command.
$ cd ..
/opt/ssf/etc/config/S99RunSSFOnLinuxPC.sh start
Note: Make sure that at least one interface is up on boot to enable httpd service to start
(Specifically in VM environment). Set "ONBOOT=yes" in /etc/sysconfig/network-
scripts/ifcfg-ethx
for at least one interface.

Upgrade Procedure on External Linux PC
This section explains how to upgrade the package from one release version to another release
version on the Linux OS distribution:
1. CentOS release 5.9 on 32-bit platform
2. CentOS release 6.3 on 32-bit platform
3. CentOS release 6.4 on 32-bit platform
4. Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server release 5.5 on 32-bit platform
