DISPOSAL OF NiCd BATTERIES:- Battery packs must never be disposed
of by placing in a fire or incinerator, nor must they be punctured, crushed or
otherwise mutilated or opened up in anyway.
•
NiCd batteries contain cadmium and must be disposed of in a safe manner,
in some countries this may involve specialist licensed waste disposal
companies.
