ATTACH HD MORTISE TABLE TO
HORIZONTAL ROUTER TABLE
Insert a 3/4" screw (MF010) thru the four countersunk
holes in the mounting brackets of the HD Mortise Table and
start an oval nut (5765B - flat side first) on the end of each
screw. Turn the oval nuts so the wide leg of the nuts face each
other towards the center of each mounting bracket. See fig. 5.
Remove the existing stationary table from the tracks of
your Woodhaven Horizontal Router Table. Slide the oval nuts
in to the T-slots of the tracks, position the ends of the brackets
flush with the ends of the tracks (For 6000-6004 only, older
576-578 models will vary as their track is longer.) and tighten
the screws. If the mounting brackets of the HD Mortise Table
are too close together or too far apart to allow the oval nuts to
slip into the tracks, you may need to loosen one of the brackets
and adjust its position to allow it to fit. See fig. 6 & 7.
ATTACH PHENOLIC TABLE
Insert a 3/4" screw (MF010) thru the four countersunk
holes in the 15-3/4" Phenolic Table (6010T) and start an
oval nut (5760B - raised side first) on the end of each screw.
Note that the table can be installed in one of two ways on
the tracks of the HD Mortise Table. The fence for the table
mounts at 90º to the two slots in the table. Select the mounting
position for the table that positions the fence as you’ll be
using it most. This can easily be changed later. Slide the oval
nuts into the T-slots of the tracks, center the table front to
back on the tracks and tighten the screws. See fig. 8 & 9.
