In this case, the options are:

You can find all items that do not contain a particular selector (in this context,
some text that appears in the item). You can negate a search term by typing an exclamation
mark before the term (such as: “!promotion” searches for all emails that do not contain the
word “promotion”). When the completion list appears, you can also negate selectors by
pressing the option/alt key.
