The

ERIES

incorporates magnetically operated switches to allow non-intrusive operation of the menu system.
To ‘press’ the switch requires movement of the stylus pen over the appropriate button. The key press LED will light to indicate that
the button press is being detected. In some instances it may be necessary to hold the pen over the button for sufficient time to allow
the microcontroller to determine the key that has been pressed.
