Naming Convention
The functions of NuDAQ and NuIPC PCI/CompactPCI cards’ soft-
ware driver use the following naming convention rules:
In DOS:
_{hardware_model}_{action_name}
For example:
_9812_Initial()
All functions in the PCI-9812 driver uses 9812 as
{hardware_model}. However, these may also be used by PCI-
9810.
To differentiate the DOS from Windows 95 libraries, a capital W is
placed in the beginning of each function name for Windows 95
DLL driver.
For example:
W_9812_Initial()
