2.3 Hardware Installation
2.3.1 Installing the System Controller
The PXIS-2719A provides a system controller slot supporting a 3-
slot wide PXI system controller. We recommend the following sys-
tem controllers for use with the PXIS-2719A:
X
ADLINK PXI-3950 Core 2 Duo PXI controller
X
ADLINK PXI-3920 Pentium M PXI controller
1. Ensure the CPU, memory module(s), and storage
device(s) are properly installed on the system controller.
2. Locate the system controller slot (Slot 1).
3. Depress the system controller module’s latch to release.
