In the stop mode, press the PROG/DIRECT button once.
• The program selection screen appears.

3 cursor button to set the track number in the
program mode.
Use the number buttons to select the number of the
track you want to program.
Press the
∞ cursor button. To program other tracks,
select one track number at a time and press the
5 and ∞
cursor buttons after each number is selected.
• Up to 99 tracks can be programmed.
EX: To program track 5 and track 12:

• Playback of the tracks in the programmed order begins.

✽ To return to normal playback:
Press the STOP button to stop programmed playback, then press the PROG/DIRECT button. Press the ENTER button to
switch the mode from “PROGRAM” to “NORMAL”.
Press the PLAY button to start normal playback from the beginning of the disc.
✽ To clear tracks from the program:
Press the STOP button, then press the PROG/DIRECT button.
Use
the
3, 5 and ∞ cursor buttons to select the title and chapter number you want to clear.
Press the CLEAR button to clear the track.
✽ To clear the entire program:
The entire program is cleared when the power is turned off or the disc is ejected.
Also, when the STOP button is pressed to stop programmed playback and the PROG/DIRECT button is pressed.
Press
the
5 and ∞ cursor buttons to select “Clear Program”, then press the ENTER button. At this time, the entire
program is cleared.
✽ Front panel display:
Track number of the track being played back is displayed.
