If the selected memory location address is occupied, the
message "OCCUPIED" will be displayed on the LCD. If you
want to overwrite the number in the occupied location,

press the [STO] key again. When you store a number into
the repertory memoryOncluding the automatic store fea­
ture), the message "FULL" will be displayed on LCD if all

memory locations are occupied. You can again use the over­
write function if desired. But if you don't want to, just press

the [CLK] key.

6.1.3. STORING ALPHA CHARACTERS

The PR130 can store up to 10 ALPHA CHARACTERS per

memory location. The characters "A" to "2 and"."and the

numbers "0" to "9" can be stored.

In the above example, the number "5162333300" and the

name "AUDIOVOX" have been stored together in storage
memory loaction "04". To verify this, simply press the [RCL]
key and enter "04". The phone number and "SM:04" will be

displayed momentarily, then the phone number and NAME
"AUDIOVOX" will be displayed. If the NAME is longer than 5

letters, the display will alternate between the first ALPHA

CHARACTER and the balance of ALPHA CHARACTCRS.

If you make an error while programming the NAME, press

the clear [CLR] key to erase the last ALPHA CHARACTER..

The peried ", letters "Q" and "Z" are located in keys 1, 7
and 9 respectively

The pause symbol is used for linking a phone number and

credit card number or DTMF digit codes(for DTMF transmit­
ting). This pause symbol can be stored in your repertory

memory.

6.2. CLEARING MEMORY

If the repertory memory (your telephone directory) Is full, you

can not store any more phone numbers. You have the option
of clearing a memory you do not use frequently. To do so,

clear entire LCD by pressing and holding the fCLR] key and

then store the blank telephone number(blank screen) to

desired location to clear that location.
