Set the stitch selector at □ . Sew four (4) to six (6) stitches.
Stop sewing at a right stitch.
Set the stitch selector at [j . Sew until you reach the back
marking of the buttonhole. Stop sewing at a right stitch.
Set the stitch selector at □ . Sew four (4) to six (6) stitches.
Stop sewing at a left stitch.
Remove the fabric and open a hole with a seam ripper /
buttonhole opener.
NOTE; When sewing at the edge of the fabric, set the
sliding buttonhole foot as illustrated and sew in
reverse [ []-□-[]-□ ]•
