10. CARING FOR YOUR MACHINE
CLEANING THE MACHINE
Caution:
Before
cleaning
your
machine,
dis
connect power-line plug from electrical supply.
With a soft doth or lint brush, dean at pdnis
indicated by arrows.
Your machine requires no oiiing under normai
conditions. Your SiNGER representative, or
Approved Dealer, will examine the perma
nently lubricated parts whenever your sewing
machine requires servicing.
There are no user-serviceable parts in
side
the
Athena
1200
electronic
sewing
machine. Therefore any unauthorized tamper
ing inside the machine will void the warranty.
